Then you'll need to head to Asylum, where you'll find a worm on the right and another variety of stray thoughts with the trunk near a Memory Vault.
Suitcase
For the last tag, you'll need to head to the beginning of Asylum > here you'll need to turn left and then jump onto the tooth platform to grab it. You will find the suitcase in the conference room. After fast traveling you will have to burn the sign on the left with your mouth.
