You will be able to buy the first two ingredients on the list in Jubilife Village, directly from Craftworks in town.
Iron Chunks can't be bought, to find them you will have to go to Obsidian Fieldlands and break black crystals to get them.
You can also find Sky Tumblestone in clusters in nature, inside caves, such as the Oreburrow Tunnel in Obsidian Fieldlands. You will have to break the blue crystals to get them, the crystals will reappear when you exit the cave.
