They are part of the few items you can create in the game, they are the throwable items that prevent wild Pokémon from noticing you.

How to use smoke bombs in Pokemon Legends Arceus?

In order to make these bombs you will need to gather Caster Fern and Sootfoot Root, which you can find in the wild outdoors or buy them at Craftworks > when you have the materials you will need to head to a workbench or base camp to make the smoke bomb.

Once you have the bomb you simply have to throw it on the ground which will create a layer of smoke around it, so that wild Pokémon won't find you when you approach, which is perfect for catching wild Pokémon with Poke Balls (which by the way we already talked about in a recent article).
