Obviously the first thing you have to do is buy a parachute and you can find this parachute all over the San Andreas map, like on top of Mount Chiliad. In GTA Online, the only way to purchase a parachute is through Ammunition, the weapon store franchise indicated by a weapon icon on your map. You can choose the model that seems best to you.

After buying a parachute, the next step is to find a good place to jump. Most players simply fly to the top of the Earth and parachute down, while some are in favor of jumping from high bases such as the Maze Bank Tower or Mount Chiliad, you can choose either of the 2 options.

The Clipse Tower, Mount Chiliad, Maze Bank Tower and the FIB building are other popular places for skydiving. so you can choose the one that most suits you.
