To be able to position yourself here you will have to complete Expeditions that you will be able to access after having completed the campaign. Upon reaching the challenge levels that you must upgrade to reach the maximum level of equipment and passes from world level 1 to the maximum of world level 15, you will be able to obtain level 30 equipment.
