Temtem offers a mechanic in which each creature in the game has a resistance bar, which indicates that each movement has a respective resistance value. That is, when using a movement, your creature's resistance bar will lower.

Disadvantage of resistance mechanics

The problem with this mechanic is that if you try too hard using a movement that consumes a lot of resistance, your Temtem will eventually suffer the consequences of being damaged, so if you are in poor health, you could be eliminated.

To do this you must make your Temtem wait during its turn in battle. Then you will have to click on the clock icon (located in the battle menu, just in the lower right corner). This way you will prevent your Temtem from doing something in its turn. However, you can restore some resistance once the next turn in the battle comes.

The resistance of your entire team is automatically filled between battles, regardless of health levels. It is worth mentioning that in case your Temtem falls fainted, you can use the Revive object to recover part of the lost resistance.
