For some it is easy but very few players know how to get to the gym in Sims 4, so we prepared this guide to tell you how to do it. 

These are the requirements to have a healthy Sim in Sims 4:


A healthy meal, source of income, good sleep, training and exercise are key elements to have a completely healthy Sim. 

Exercising is very important if you want to keep your Sim in shape, but since not all of us know how to get to the gym we often don't manage to meet the requirements efficiently, at least until now.

How to get to the gym in Sims 4


To go to the gym the first thing you have to do is press the M key on the phone at the bottom left of the screen or click on the map located on the right side of the screen to go to your city, making sure you have chosen the Sim you want to take.

Press where it says "want to travel" and then you will have to select the place you want to go, in this case you will have to choose the gym. When you arrive use several options to exercise your Sim, either using the weights, the punching bag, the pool or the treadmill.

Unfortunately you cannot access any of these options, you cannot even start the process if there is no gym in your city. What you have left is to travel to a city where there is one, although most traditional villages have one.

You also have the option of buying exercise equipment on your own and placing it in your home, even though it's a bit expensive it's worth having it always available.

Try to take it easy with your exercise or you will make your Sim too tired.
