However, there is a particular fragment that will help you open the chests, to obtain it you must find Deep Sinker.

 In The Hidden Desert, you can see a white magic symbol, which blocks the elevator. You must go up to another floor and review the history of the boss's room, in that place you will find an important boss battle that is linked to the progression of the stories.

This battle is not so complex, once you have defeated the enemy you must lower the elevator. Go inside and look for the white fragment that is located just at the end of the walkway. Once you get the fragment you must crush it and you will receive Deep Sinker. Activate this ability in the Fragment menu to make your character sink into the water. When you sink into the water, you can use chests and other skills.
