In order to get this ingredient you will have to find a subway obby, for this you will have to go to the desert, a dry biome that is in a corner of the game world and is not a large area. It is located near the sand, cacti and a railroad in the area.

The obby is under the sand, specifically inside the desert, where there is a single cactus that is located between two rocky cliffs and the cave just behind this cactus. Make sure you don't get too close to the train tracks, orpeper  you will lose the cactus.

If you run after the cactus, you can go to a hidden cave until you find an obby. And the chili pepper ingredient is on the other side of the obby, just measure your jumps well to reach the chili bell pepper.

After reaching the other side of the obby > press or click on the ingredient to equip it and then press Teleport to Cauldron to exit the obby.
