The remaster of the Mortal Kombat trilogy was in process.

The three original Mortal Kombat games were remastered as recently as last year.

It was recently announced that Blind Squirrel Games, a team responsible for many gaming ports, was working on the remaster of Mortal Kombat, and they would have called it the most elaborate way in the world, "Mortal Kombat Remastered", although during the works of the first remastar, Warner Bros thought to call it Mortal Kombat Kollection Online.

Recently Danny Huynh, artist of Concept and UI, released some captures never before seen, through his page of Art Station updated showing some shots that show the remaster of work in progress, however, the images were archived so that they are no longer available.

Huynh revealed, called Krypt mode, which was aimed at guiding new players by introducing "a new way of playing the original trilogy."

As mentioned the remaster of Mortal Kombat could also have an XP system to reward their players.

The launch of Mortal Kombat 11 would be ready to take place on April 23 on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch.
