The Microsoft company continues with its intentions to exclude Marcus 'Notch' Persson from everything related to Minecraft, using in its controversial "comments and opinions". 
Next May 17 the famous construction video game Minecraft will celebrate 10 years since its public launch and in celebration of its anniversary the distribution company Microsoft, has planned a series of events for its commemoration, including a special event in Stockholm, for which the company did not bother to invite the creator of the game. 

In 2014 Marcus Persson and developer Mojang sold Minecraft to Microsoft for $2.5 billion, and this character has become known for his offensive racist and sexist comments through the Twitter network. Which Microsoft doesn't find pleasant.

Immediately the company began to feel ashamed of its relations with him and at the beginning of the year they removed his name from everything related to them except for the game credits, and as a public sign of their discontent they apparently didn't mention him on the anniversary.

Variety comments that Microsoft has made these decisions because "Your comments and opinions do not reflect those of Microsoft or Mojang and are not representative of Minecraft. However Peterson has not mentioned anything about Microsoft's clear intentions to keep a distance from him, but since he sold the famous video game he has not shown any interest in Minecraft either.




The distributor plans that the anniversary event will celebrate the "past, present and exciting future of the franchise of a decade old".

Although it's not very likely that we'll have a sequel soon, we expect new things at Minecraft, they may premiere a new company derived from crawler dungeons: Dungeons, at E3 in June.
