In total there are 6 telescope objects that you can collect. Complete Chapter 1 and check the telescope on the second floor of your cabin to get them. You must collect an object looking for water until you locate an element, bring the object closer for just a few seconds and you will have achieved it.
When you find an object, you will be rewarded with the achievement / trophy "Fisherman". But if you manage to get all six, you will win the achievement / "Fisher King" trophy.
When you find an item, it will appear near the spyglass holder. Get each item by checking the locations shown below:
Spyglass Object # 1: Will appear when completing Chapter 1. You should make the ship float in the water through the spyglass.
Spyglass Object # 2: Will appear upon completing Chapter 2. Check the spyglass again and get the cage in the water.
Spyglass Object # 3: Will appear when completing Chapter 3. You should only look for a black flag in the distance that protrudes from the water in a pirate ship.
Spyglass Object # 4: Will appear when completing Chapter 5. You should look for a shoe in the water on the left, closer to your spyglass.
Spyglass Object # 5: In NG +, before beginning Chapter 1. You should use the spyglass and look down into the water, where there will be a painting to collect.
Spyglass Object # 6: This is the most complicated of all, you can pick it up anywhere in the game. You must use the spyglass and look towards the horizon, stay 42 seconds immobilized and the conch shell will reproduce in the center of the water.

As you progress through the history of Layers of Fear 2 you can unlock a series of collectible items.
