After interacting with the other members of the group, you can jump into their boat and go directly to the devices (there are three in total) that you can find without having to take an order.

What you have to do to investigate the devices is destroying them, for this you can use a normal or charged attack from the ship to do damage and after destroying it you can continue with the other. When all the devices are destroyed, you will be able to access several surprises, and then return to earth and be able to find them.
