To find the portrait you will have to go to one of the small wooden boats to the southeast of the map, in a small cove south of Catty Corner.

Upon arrival, you will have to find a wrecked green boat to find the portrait you are looking for. The portrait has a gold colored frame and is on the ground next to the boat, simply press the square button on PlayStation, X on Xbox, Y on Switch or E on PC to pick it up and get the 20,000 XP reward.
