You should know that around the entire map there are 3 bonfires spread out. The challenge asks you to fan its flames, it must fan the bonfires, this means that you must create a large flame so that the challenge is recognized. This means that you will need at least 30 firewoods for each fire.
You may get to one of the fires but it turns out that another player has already burned it, in that case you will have to use 300 wood to restore it, then 30 wood to stoke it.
You need to fan all three of them, so if someone else reaches them all first, it could cost up to 990 lumber to get all three. Logically, the best recommendation we can give you is to go directly to Camp Cod and finish the challenge before anyone else.
Once all three have been stoked and the challenge is complete, you should be able to get some great loot as Camp Cod has a lot of loot and chest spawns. When you're done in the area, head to the garage on the west side of the little island, and you should be able to find a spawned vehicle there.
