The first thing you have to do to get the Cerberus mount is to unlock the Delubrum Reginae raid, beating the wild level difficulty. This requires an alliance of 48 players resistance rank 15 and 700,000 Mettle to enter and when completing the fight for the first time, you will unlock the achievement, "Savage Queen of Swords I", this achievement you will find in the Battle tab and in Field Operations .

Then you will have to go to Old Gridania at the coordinates X: 10, Y: 6, to find Jonathas and get a Cerberus Horn object to get Cerberus mount.
