When you find yourself in any of the first three starting cities, Vulkhel Guard, Davon's Watch, or Daggerfall, you will need to go to the Fighter's Guild and Mage's Guild to talk to Millileth and Danel Tellano.

These NPCs will guide you towards certification in crafting professions, allowing you to complete scripts and expand your knowledge. But keep in mind that you can only undertake one certification mission at a time. So if you have any quest going on, you'll need to finish it to activate Danel's Alchemy, where you'll need to make the health sip potion.

For this potion, you will need three ingredients:

  • Columbine

  • Mountain Flower

  • Natural Water

Danel will mark the location of the ingredients on the map and when you have them you will have to go back to the mages guild to use the alchemy table to complete the craft. When it is ready, you will have to go with Danel and you will be able to access the written alchemy missions.

This is everything you need to know about how to make the Sip of Health in Elder Scrolls Online, and now that you know it, you are more than ready to access the alchemist missions.
