Wheat can be obtained after defeating the second main boss of the game, Lode Demon. CJ and Garoo returned to town to find that a farmer wants to produce for the town after a long shortage. To use, you will have to find wood and get a farming seed, so you will have to go to the Great Forest.

Wood is obtained by cutting down trees.

Farm Seed is obtained after killing the leveled up Hollow Plant boss. You will need to avoid his root attacks and jump over the worm's projectile to hit it. Upon death, you will be able to obtain this seed.
