The first thing you have to do is spawn in Divalian Mists and wait on your Sparrow > head to the entrance of Blind Well > turn left > advance to the end > jump over the space to the area where you usually found the Awakened Queen, but instead of entering the building you will have to advance to the left, until you find a blue stone bridge in a straight line > go down under the bridge to a new path in the same direction.

Go along the only path to the end, until you reach the final Atlas Skew. Note that there are a total of five Atlas Skews, which you will have to find for Tracing the Stars Part 1.
