If you want to find the Nexus of the game, the first thing you have to do is go to Charon’s Crossing at the spawn point near Variks. Wait on your sparrow and head right towards Asterion's Deep.

Before you get to the Asterion Abyss extension, you need to go right, into a tunnel formed by Vex blocks in the snow. Following this tunnel will take you to the entrance to Nexus.

From there you can choose any direction you want in terms of missions or other activities. The Nexus itself is just outside the other side of the tunnel that you need to walk through. If you head south you will find the Well of Infinity, while passing through the Nexus it will take you to the Glassway, home of the Strike of the same name.

As a bonus, the area of the game is densely populated with Vex enemies, so if you ever need to farm them for whatever reason, this is the place to be.
