The game takes place in the most violent and dangerous metropolis existing in a future in which the corporations control the city of Night City where a mercenary weapon called V is its protagonist.





Players will have the freedom to create V according to some characteristics they want such as their appearance, class, the history of their past and they can even choose their gender and all this will influence the game which apart from the extensive main story of the plot which has been announced will have dozens of hours, will have many more additional activities, to prevent Night City becomes boring having always something to see and do in it.

The players will have interaction within the game in first person since they will experience everything through the eyes of V and will have an interactive dialogue system that will allow them to have a greater integration in the development of the history of the game. In Cyberpunk, the studio CD PROJEKT RED has wanted to use strongly its specialty in interactive games since many episodes will be seen during the story in which the player must make choices and suffer the consequences of them.
