Previously Bethesda had filed a lawsuit over a Westworld video game against Behavior Interactive and Warner. Although it seems that they have finally resolved their differences.

Initially Bethesda had requested that all versions of Westworld be eliminated. The reason for which the company filed the claim was an alleged copyright infringement, misappropriation of its intellectual property and breach of contract, alleging that Behavior "illegally" used the same copyright-protected source code of Fallout Shelter for develop the game Westworld. Without forgetting that Behavior Interactive participated previously in the development of the simulator of mobile shelters of Bethesda.



The legal documents were presented to the United States District Court in Maryland, where Bethesda was located, they showed both parties reaching an agreement in principle in November 2018.

Fortunately, both Bethesda Softworks and Behavior Interactive have jointly announced that they have amicably resolved the lawsuit filed by Bethesda against Behavior and other related parties regarding the Fallout Shelter and Westworld mobile games.





Yes, to the good luck of the players of the Westworld mobile game, both parties reached an amicable agreement, officially announced through a press release where the lawsuit filed by Bethesda was resolved, although the terms and conditions were not specified respect.

So there's no need to worry, the game is still available for download on iOS and Android.
