Fortnite is giving a lot to talk about, since lately she has been having problems with some celebrities. First was the comedian Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks in The Prince of Rap who filed a lawsuit against Epic Games, responsible for the popular videogame Fortnite for using his famous dance in the game.


Now, another celebrity has been involved, this is Russell Horning, better known as "Backpack Kid", creator of Floss Dance. The boy who earned fame among the millennials thanks to his peculiar dance moves, going viral and a fad in all the parties. These famous steps of Floss Dance came to Fortnite during Season 2 of the game. In statements to TMZ, the young man said the following regarding the use of his dance, "it's not a big problem, I'm glad he's in the game", but after thinking it over, he decided to change his mind. That's right, Russell Horning and his family have started a legal suit to try to collect royalties for the dance, stating that "The Floss is inextricably linked to the Backpack Kid."



The boy Horning confessed that the demand was made by his mother and his manager, "It was really my mother and my manager who put the demand. I am a kind of child, I have fun in life. I'm just letting all the adults do the dirty work. " So far, Epic Games has not made any statement about it. Fortnite has been the most talked about video game and the most searched in Google in 2018
