AMD initiated the launch of the new Ryzen + APU, this being the second generation of AMD Ryzen processors for laptops.

The new generation of processors AMD Ryzen 3000, has been launched in the framework of the CES that takes place in Las Vegas. With the new AMD Ryzen 3000 Mobile, different range of processors are proposed to cover different market types, with seven Ryzen 3000 ranging from fine ultraportable to more voluptuous gaming, all with the combined CPU + Vega GPU.

The new Ryzen 3000H APUs come with higher TDP and performance levels designed to play, with a range top called Ryzen 7 3750H and has 10 Vega cores running at 1.4 GHz. The Ryzen 7 3700U is the highest choice of these CPUs, manufactured in 12nm, has 4 cores and 8 threads, its TDP of 15W, its frequencies reach from 2.3 GHz in base, up to 4 GHz in boost, has a cache memory L2 + L3 of 6MB, and a Vega 10 chart running at 1400 MHz.

The Ryzen 7 3750H and Ryzen 5 3550H are processors designed for equipment with higher performance. Both models will be present in laptops such as gaming or Workstation. The Ryzen 7 3750H is a processor manufactured in 12nm, consisting of 4 cores and 8 threads, with frequency speeds of 2.3 GHz on base, reaching 4.0 GHz in boost. Its cache memory L2 + L3 are 6MB, with a TDP of 35W. Its graphical solution is a Vega 10 running at 1400 MHz. One of the highest-end CPUs.
 
However, the Ryzen 5 3550H as we mentioned earlier is also considered as another of the high performance processors. It has 4 cores and 8 threads, its TDP of 35W, with frequency speeds of 2.1 GHz in base and 3.7 GHz in boost. Its GPU is a Vega 8 with a frequency of 1200 MHz. And it has the same L2 + L3 memory of 6MB.




On the other hand, AMD says that its new Ryzen 5 3500U is able to offer superior performance to the Core i5 8250U, with an improvement of 14% in PCMark 10, 27% in Adobe Photoshop and matching in Microsoft Office. Considered as mid-range

The processors mentioned below belong to the low power range such as Ryzen 3 3200U and Ryzen 3 3300U, so they would be present in ultrabook and light notebooks.
