Like most high-end monsters, the first thing you have to do is defeat Glavenus in a boss fight to make his eggs available in the wild. This fight occurs very near the end of the game, but after you finish him off, you will be able to find Glavenus.

To find Glavenus you will have to head to Alcala and after eliminating him, you will be able to find some wandering around in the wild, both in the world and in Monster Dens, although you should note that he is not a common spawn.
