In order to unlock this character, you will have to complete a challenge on Kamino, called Rampage Run: Kamino. It is a shooting gallery challenge where you will be tasked with shooting all the targets within a time limit.

You will be able to unlock Kamino as you progress through Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

In the challenge you will have 40 seconds to shoot all the targets that appear in space using a spaceship, so we recommend using the starship you feel comfortable with, especially when shooting targets. They are all stationary targets, so you won't have to hunt them down.
