Where To Find Rift Shards in Lego Fortnite Odyssey?
The two main ways of acquiring Rift Shards include defeating the three different kinds of Golems in the Lost Isles and destroying the Battle Bus Stations.
If you're unfamiliar with the area, it may be hard to find Golems in the Lost Isles. In the Jungle biome, you'll see Sleeping Golems beside a chest in front of a huge fruit statue. Opening the chest will wake up the Golem and immediately fight the player.
These enemies can insta-kill you if you're not prepared because they are really potent.
Above the Lost Isles, the floating islands contain the more harder Storm-wild and Tomato Golems. Each will on average release a single Rift Shard when killed.
A high-level pickaxe will make short work of Golems.
Finally, Battle Bus Stations that dot the overworld can only be destroyed with an Epic pickaxe or higher. Once you find them, you'll see them marked as letters on your map. To go there, follow the blue light pillars.
Upon destruction, these will release three Rift Shards each, in addition to other crafting ingredients.
What Are the Functions of Rift Shards?
With Rift Shards, you'll be able to craft a Battle Bus Station to unlock faster traveling and a Legendary Forge, which lets you upgrade your tools to their Legendary forms. Here are the crafting recipes for these two builds, along with the shards needed:
Battle Bus Terminal
- four metal bars
- Two slabs of granite and six boards
The legendary forge of three rift shards
- Triple Rift Crystal
- Eight iron bars
- 6-Crystal Ruby
- Five Rift Shards
