Guard Dog Rover (Gas or Laser): TheGuard Dog is a top-tier choice. The Gas variant deals damage over timein an area, whittling down groups, while the Laser version offersconsistent, automated fire on targets behind you.
Orbital Gatling Barrage / Autocannon Sentry: These provide sustained area denial and can shred through groups of weaker Terminids that often accompany Predator Strains.
Incendiary Mines / Grenades: Fire isextremely effective against the Terminids' flesh. Placing incendiarymines in chokepoints or tossing grenades at your feet as you retreat can create a deadly barrier.
While light armor offers superior mobility for kiting, the margin for error is slim. Medium armor is often the best compromise, offering a balance of mobility and survivability. Look for perks like Extra Padding to reduce explosive damage or Engineering Kit for faster stratagem use.
Despite their power, Predator Strains have a critical weakness: their head. Precise shots to the head will deal massive damage and can kill themquickly. However, their speed makes this difficult.
