Detailed clockwork and other symbols have been sketched,scrawled on the bottom of the page with large captions reading "Time ofRise" and "Rise of the Unhaunted One." Written across a large questionmark in one such image is a giant grandfather clock in invisible ink.

In the hallway, the grandfather clock is quite an eyesore, and when turned on with UVs, a set of curious symbols appears — similar tothose used on the Advanced Lock — placed next to their correspondingnumbers.

This exposes the entire mechanism of the lock: each discrepresents hours, minutes, and seconds, while the symbols correspond tonumbers. The final piece of the puzzle can only be unlocked byidentifying the exact moment the Unhaunted One emerged.

The Journal, Timepiece, and Wake-Up Device

Head to Yuri's bedroom, which is in the bottom-right corner of the upper floor. Outside the room, there's a crumpled piece of paper on the floor. Read it to learn more and confirm that the Rise of theUnhaunted One indeed has to do with some vision the Strach family member had.

To learn about this vision, enter Yuri's bedroom and shineyour UV flashlight on his diary, which lies on the table. Every night at a specific hour, an alarm clock sounds in the hall. Thiana, the mother, fills her room with music on those occasions. It was during one suchunforgettable night that Yuri was seized by a vision of such force thathe dropped his beloved watch in the sheer ecstasy of it.

To identify the exact timing of this apparition, the following can be examined:

• The alarm clock that woke them up
• The watch Yuri had broken
• The music room

The watch is in the drawer of the toy castle, and there youwill find that its second hand always points to XI (11). The second lock entry is 11. Go back into the hall with the alarm clock and turn it abit. You will find that it chimes just at 4 o'clock, which is the hourentry.

A disc, which is with the wardrobe in the bottom-right corner, shares a title with the music sheet. Ignore the "13 minutes" on it; but when you turn on your UV flashlight and take another look, you'llnotice it's actually a clock hand pointing to 3, with the Roman numeralIII etched to the side of it. Your minute entry for the lock iscomplete.

Advanced Lock Puzzle

Once you have found the numbers 4, 3, and 11, go back to thegrandfather clock and connect these numbers with their respective signs. The number 4 corresponds to a hexagon, 3 is for a concentric circle,and 11 is a circle with a downward triangle.

Head back to the storage room and select these symbols on thelock in the proper sequence. After that, you will hear the pleasingsound of the lock opening for the first time.

This gives you access to the basement from the other side.Inside, you'll find two Blood Zombies. Defeat them and find the secretshortcut at the other end of the basement. Head out through the bottomto enter a hallway that opens up into a room with cryptic messagesscrawled on the walls.

Lying in repose at the heart of the room, is another BloodZombie beside a sheet of paper. Kill the enemy, then take a gander atthe document with the UV light on.

When interacting with the paper, be aware that the screen will intentionally fuzz up and distort, but don't worry, it's suppose tohappen this way.

This document reveals the next three symbols that you willneed to input on the sigil screen, which always comes up after youchoose "Begin" from the main menu. You'll be taken back to the eventsthat took place before Mia's arrival at the Strach mansion.
