Every city in InZOI radiates its own distinctive charm and aesthetic. However, players are granted the creative freedom to further personalize their occupied city through the "Edit City" function. This feature allows users to immerse themselves in shaping the environment to align with their imagination and preferences.

How To Edit Your City in InZOI


Personalizing your city in InZOI is a seamless process. Begin by selecting the "Edit City" button located in the lower-right corner of your screen. From there, choose the "City Appearance" option. Once activated, players are presented with eight unique sub-tabs, each offering various customization options:
  • Weather
  • Billboards
  • Trees
  • Grass
  • Decorations
  • Animals
  • Special Effects
  • Adjust Environment

    Weather Customization


    While modifying the weather in your city is purely for visual effect and does not influence gameplay mechanics, it provides an opportunity to set a captivating mood. Whether you want to bask in Sunny skies, evoke drama with a Cloudy atmosphere, or embrace a serene Rainy or snowy ambiance, the choice is yours.
    Each weather option—excluding Sunny—can also be fine-tuned across three distinct levels, letting players adjust intensity and style to perfectly complement their city.

    Billboards: Making a Statement


    Billboards add a vibrant, dynamic touch to your city. Players can opt for either Image Roulette or Video displays to enliven their surroundings. For images, select from the game’s curated collection or upload your personal favorites. Videos, on the other hand, can be sourced directly from YouTube.
    To set up a video billboard:
    • Press the "+" button (lower-left corner).
    • Copy a YouTube video link.
    • Paste the link into the text box.
    • Click "OK."

    Once set, billboards continuously loop selected images or videos in real-time, creating a dynamic and immersive cityscape.

    Trees: Adding Lush Greenery


    Redefine your urban jungle by transforming the trees that line your city streets. The Tree sub-tab provides various tree types to choose from, such as:
    • Zelvoka Tree
    • Maple Tree
    • Palm Tree
    • Chinese Fringetree
    • Yoshino Cherry Tree
    • And more!

    For added personalization, modify the trunk and leaf colors through the intuitive color wheel. Tailor your city's foliage with unique shades that reflect your vision.

    Grass and Shrubbery


    The Grass tab allows players to go beyond the conventional by planting vibrantflora throughout their city. Choose from a wide variety of options like:


    • Sunflowers
    • Bamboo Saplings
    • Hydrangeas
    • Orange Saplings
    • Rose Shrubs


    With these tools, players can craft a lush, vibrant ecosystem or cultivate a minimalistic, modern vibe—whatever suits their aesthetic sensibilities.

    Decorations: Elevating Urban Charm


    The Decorations tab focuses on central city points, adding playful and artisticelements like floating balloons. Players can increase or decrease thequantity of these decorations using the adjustable bar. Choose fromdelightful balloon options like:


    • Large Cat Balloon
    • Large Moon Balloon
    • Large Earth Balloon
    • And many more!


    These quirky touches are sure to bring life and character to your city.

    Animals: Bringing the Streets to Life


    Populate your city with various animals to enhance its lively atmosphere. Options include:


    • Cats
    • Dogs
    • Pandas
    • Foxes
    • Crocodiles


    Whether you aim for a tranquil vibe with deer or a playful charm with squirrels, there's something for every setting.

    Special Effects: Adding Magic


    Infuse your city with enchanting effects through the Special Effects tab. Available features include:


    • Fireworks to celebrate every moment.
    • Fireflies that illuminate the night.
    • Drones that add a modern, tech-savvy element.


    Choose up to three effects to create a breathtaking nighttime spectacle or a sophisticated daytime atmosphere.

    Adjust Environment: Perfecting the Mood


    For players striving to establish a specific ambiance, the Adjust Environment tab is essential. By dragging the adjustable circle, you can fine-tunethe city's overall appearance. Whether you aim for a pristine, modernmetropolis or a weathered, vintage charm, this feature provides thetools to make it happen.
