Where To Find Milk in Hell Is Us

The world of Hell Is Us is a bleak and hostile place, yet amidst the conflict and chaos, there are opportunities to do good. These "Good Deeds" are side quests that require you to navigate the world without quest markers, relying on clues and a keen memory of locations you've visited. One such quest, "The Land of Milk and Honey," is an act of simple kindness with a powerful emotional weight: finding nourishment for a starving baby.This guide will provide a clear, step-by-step walkthrough to help you complete this Good Deed, find the milk, and bring a small glimmer of hope to the dark world of Hadea.

Hell Is Us: Where To Find Milk

How to Start the Land of Milk and Honey Quest

To begin this quest, you must first find the worried caretaker and her baby in the underground tunnels of Jova.

• Locate the Entrance: Head to the Village of Jova, which is part of the Acasa Marshes region. The entrance to the tunnels is in the backyard of a house on the west side of the village. The house is easily identifiable as it's next to a save point and has anti-Sabinian graffiti written on it, along with a drunk man inside.
• Enter the Tunnels: Go around the back of the house to find a set of stairs leading to a basement. Once inside, you'll find a ladder. Drop the ladder to descend into the underground tunnels beneath the village.
• Follow the Cries: The tunnels can be a bit of a maze, but as you go deeper, you will hear the distinct cries of a baby. Follow the sound, and you'll eventually find a woman named Judith holding the baby in her arms.
• Accept the Quest: Speak with Judith and listen to her story. She has run out of milk and is hiding from the soldiers, unable to leave. She needs your help to get more. To begin the quest, you must pick up the Empty Baby Bottles that are lying on the ground near her location.

Once you have the bottles, the "Land of Milk and Honey" Good Deed will officially begin, and your next task is to find a way to fill them.

How to Find Milk for the Baby

With the empty bottles in hand, you must now travel across the region to find a source of fresh milk. This requires you to remember alocation you may have visited earlier in your journey.

• Fast Travel to Senedra Forest: Use the APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) to fast-travel back to the Senedra Forest region.
• Locate the Farm: From the APC fast-travel point in Senedra Forest, follow the trail that leads toward the farmlands. You will pass a broken-down tractor alongthe way, which is a good sign that you're on the right path.
• Find Ernest Caddell: Your destination is Caddell Farm, the home of Ernest Caddell. He can be found in the basement of his farmhouse. Look for the entrance on the side of the house, which has a distinctive glowing lightemanating from it.
• Trade the Bottles: Speak with Ernest, who is a friendly man living on a farm with a cow. Select the "trade" option and hand over the Empty Baby Bottles. He will gladly fill them with fresh milk, providing you with the Filled Baby Bottles.

Completing the Quest

With the bottles now filled with milk, all that's left is to return to Judith and the baby.

• Return to the Village: Use the APC to fast-travel back to the Village of Jova.
• Go Back to the Tunnels: Navigate your way back to the same underground tunnels where you first found Judith.
• Deliver the Milk: Speak with Judith again and trade the Filled Baby Bottles to her.

She will express her gratitude, and the quest will be complete. As with all Good Deeds in Hell Is Us, you will be able to claim a reward for your kindness at the Old Vigil later on in the game.
