Exploring the
Statue Region in Grounded 2 is essential for progressing through the game, particularly when attempting to reach the
Network Center during a key quest. However, this area is filled with dangerous enemies and complex pathways that can be challenging to navigate. If you're struggling to find your way, this
step-by-step guide will help you safely enter the Statue Region and avoid deadly threats.
Locating the Statue Region Entrance
Before entering the
Statue Region, you must first find its hidden entrance:
Head to the Ceremony Area – Look for a large stone in this zone.Find the Tunnel – Just north of the stone, you’ll discover a cave entrance.Choose the Best Entry Point – There are two possible entrances, but the nearest one is the safest and most efficient.Navigating the Statue Region Cave
Once inside the cave, follow these steps carefully:
Move Straight Ahead – Proceed forward until you reach an intersection.Beware of the Diesel Bug – A massive Diesel Bug will attack, but it’s best to avoid combat and keep moving.Turn Right at the Intersection – You’ll encounter a locked door, but don’t worry—there’s another way.Clear the Root Blockade – To your left, you’ll see an opening blocked by roots. Use your buggy tool to break through.Advance Through the Maze – After clearing a second blockade, you’ll enter the maze section of the Statue Region.Solving the Maze & Reaching the Statue Point
The maze can be tricky, but here’s how to get through:
Follow the Main Path – Continue straight until you reach a split path with Raw Science.Take a Left Turn – Proceed forward until the next intersection.Turn Right – You’ll see a giant red ball—this is a key landmark.Take the Right Path from the Ball – Follow this route until you reach a green pipe.Cross the Pipe & Climb the Roots – A Scorpion will block your way—avoid fighting it and keep climbing.Discover the Statue Point – Once you reach the top, you’ll receive a notification confirming you’ve entered the Statue Region.Final Tips for Success
- Avoid Unnecessary Combat – Enemies like the Diesel Bug and Scorpion are deadly; stealth is key.
- Bring Healing Items – In case of accidental fights, healing smoothies or bandages will help.
- Use a Torch – Some areas are dark, so light sources can prevent getting lost.
