Finding the Ku-E-Shinok Archery Range

The Ku-E-Shinok archery challenge is not tied to a main story mission or aside quest, which can make it tricky to find if you don't know where tolook. The game is located in the Yotei Grasslands region, specifically within the Golden Foothills area at the Ainu Hunting Grounds. This area is in the northwestern part of the map.

Since the Yotei Grasslands is the starting region of the game, you can headto this location very early in your adventure, making it a quick andeasy trophy to check off your list. Once you arrive at the Ainu HuntingGrounds, you will find a small girl whom you can speak to. Aconversation with her will prompt Atsu to comment that the locationseems familiar, and you will be given the option to relive a past memory by pressing and holding the touchpad.

This will transport you to a flashback where you play as a younger Atsu.Here, you will speak to a man who will guide you to the start of thearchery mini-game.

Acing the Archery Challenge

The Ku-E-Shinok game challenges you to shoot all six rings with only six arrows. There is no room for error. The rings are a mix of static and moving targets, and the key to success lies in a simple strategy: prioritize the moving targets, as they have a small window of opportunity.

Here is a breakdown of the targets and how to hit them:

• Static Rings: There are three static rings hanging in the air. These are the easiestto hit. You can save these for last, as they will not move or disappear.
• The First Moving Ring (Rolled): A child on the right side of the screen will roll a ring along theground. Wait for the ring to emerge from behind the small log on theground, and fire your arrow as it is rolling. This is a verystraightforward shot.
• The Second Moving Ring (Thrown): This is the most difficult of the six shots. A child in the center will throw a ring into the air. The trick here is not to aim ahead of the ring. Instead, wait for the ringto reach the absolute highest point of its arc. At this moment, it willbe at a momentary standstill. Aim your charged shot directly at the center of the ring and release.
• The Third Moving Ring (Rolled): A child on the left side of the screen will roll a ring along theground. Like the first rolling ring, this one is very easy. Simply waitfor the ring to be clearly visible, take your time to line up the shot,and fire.
