To find the Khvarena Fairy, head towards the Cavern entrance and look for a glowing green light. This is the Khvarena Fairy.

Once you've found the Khvarena Fairy, follow it as it leads you to the Gray Crystal. The Gray Crystal is a large crystal formation that is blocking the entrance to the Cavern. To destroy the Gray Crystal, you'll need to attack it with your weapon until it shatters.

Use Anemo Attacks to Scatter the Sand Piles

Once you've destroyed the Gray Crystal, you'll need to use Anemo attacks to scatter the sand piles. The scattered sand piles will reveal the object that you need to pick up. Anemo attacks are necessary because they are the only attacks that can scatter the sand piles in the Cavern.
