Kachina brings a special mix of support and damage potential from Natlan's Geo polearm user in Genshin Impact. Special Ability: Turbo Twirly is the name of her drill summon that can be both ridden and deployed for an interesting playstyle.
Kachina is a pretty unique character addition, from the Children of Echoes tribe. Her mining skills are a good fit for her Geo nature, and her friendly personality makes her a preferred fellow in the team.
Really leveraging Kachina requires an understanding of her kit and building around the strategies that maximize what she provides. Turbo Twirly is an Elemental Skill with crowd control and damage. It will deal AoE Geo damage upon being summoned and can be used for triggering reactions. With Ridden, Kachina's normal attacks become strong ground slams; thus, she will be capable of dealing on-field damage effectively.

Achina is a Natlan character who uses the unique region's Phlogiston and Nightsoul's Blessing mechanic. For the Goblet, a Geo DMG Bonus is a niche choice, but if there are better substats for it, then consider a DEF%. For the Circlet, Crit Rate or Crit DMG will be used to further increase damage.
- Focus on DEF%, ER%, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG for substats; these are the most useful options that will benefit Kachina. Picking out her artifacts carefully to make sure she has these substats will really maximize her damage and effectiveness in combat.
Optimal Rotation of Kachina as an Off-Field Support
Kachina is one of the best supports off-field, which allows her to maximize her kit for the team's overall damage. To maximize her rotation, she needs to enter the field first. Having Kachina in the same team with other Geo users like Zhongli and Arataki Itto will trigger the resonance of the Geo element, increasing Elemental Resistance and Shield Strength. This makes the team substantially tankier than usual and capable of resisting many strong attacks.
The ability of Kachina to create Crystallized shields based on the active element gives a layer of defense worth taking. Shields absorb not only damage but also provide a bonus to Elemental Damage to your team, making it a more survivable and offensive set.
Crystallization Catalysts and Elemental Reactions:
Xiangling, Bennett, and Thoma are some of the characters who can generate Pyro, a very important element to trigger the Crystallization reaction with Kachina. Consider building them with high Elemental Mastery to further scale the damage bonuses coming from these reactions.
Mix and match other elements to create different properties of Crystallized shields. For instance, Hydro-infused shields provide healing; Electro-infused shields deal AoE damage.

- Geo Resonance and Crystallization: Kachina, Zhongli, Arataki Itto, Gorou
- This team is centered around Geo synergy and strong crystallized shields for both defense and offense. Zhongli's ultimate applies consistent shields, Arataki Itto does tons of Geo damage, while Gorou provides significant buffs to amplify the Geo-related statistics of his team.
- Pyro-Infused Crystallization: Kachina, Xiangling, Bennett, Thoma
- This is a composition that focuses on generating Pyro for strong Crystallization reactions. Consistent Pyro application from Xiangling's Pyronado and Bennett's ultimate, along with the additional shields from Thoma, will set this team up for success.
Hydro and Electro Synergy: Kachina, Yelan, Xingqiu, Fischl
This team is heavily reliant on Hydro and Electro applications to trigger off Overloaded and Aggravate reactions. While Yelan and Xingqiu can consistently apply Hydro, Fischl's Electro attacks will be triggering off-field damage. The Crystallized shields of Kachina only enhance the damage output further.
Freeze and Crystallization: Kachina, Ayaka, Shenhe, Kokomi
This team works out a unique playstyle, combining Freeze and Crystallization. Ayaka's Cryo attacks can freeze enemies, and Shenhe's buffs increase their damage.
