In Chapter 3 of Aranyaka: Varuna Gatha, you will find some puzzles called Nurseries in nature that you will have to complete, which will allow you to collect Vasmrti. You will have to find 12 in total to plant them in the 12 sites of Aranakula's garden in Dream Vanarana.
To access Dream Vanarana, you will have to access the Dreamworld by finding the glowing blue stone in Vanarana and playing the Rhythm of a Dream on the lyre. When you arrive, you will have to go to the garden to plant the Vasmrti, which will bloom the next day, after 5 AM.
When the flowers have grown, you will have to return to the real world > access the hole west of Vanarana, a subway cave southeast of Jadeplume Terrorshroom. Here you'll find a withered area that you'll need to clear in order to find a glowing blue flower, but remember to play the Beastly Test Rhythm on the lyre, so that a girl named Varsha appears.
