After draining the water, you will have to continue towards the three purple feathers> collect one so that the other two flies. When this happens you will have to follow them which will lead you to a sealed door and a Relay Stone puzzle that you will have to complete to open the door.

To complete the puzzle you will have to place the Mobile Relay Stones correctly. To do this you will have to move the crystals so that the two beams of electricity that are nearby travel from their sources to the two crystals that flank the closed door.

The next step is to access the unlocked room with the puzzle to face an enemy that will be inside. Ending it will allow you to follow the third feather to another closed door that you will also have to open.
