In order to complete the puzzle you will have to do it at night. So you can use the switch outside the riddle area to darken it and go from day to night. When it is night you will have to go to the center to light up the symbols on the floor.The next thing will be to match the door and symbols as follows:
The triangle symbol is the first one, so you will have to go through the symbol door > then go back to the middle and find the second symbol.
You will have to repeat the process with all five doors to bring up a cutscene.
After the cutscene you will find a chest, indicative of having completed the Heart Of Ouroboros quest. You will have a chance to find more chests or look for some fast travel locations in the area. Although you can also continue with the main quest.
