In Moonlight Merriment you will come across several sub-events to complete and Moonlight Seeker in the event menu is one of these.

For this sub-event you will be tasked with finding Mystmoon chests and Moonchase amulets, after this you will need to talk to a woman named Linyang in the port. She will be marked with a special black and white icon on the port map, on which we recommend marking the chests and amulets.
