To find the first fragment you must start by teleporting to the central fast travel point in The Narrows, the top left island of the region > when you arrive you will have to turn right > jump over the cliff to the cave below next to the waterfall, to find the entrance mechanism > click on the mechanism to activate the scene that removes the force field that closes the entrance.

After this you will have to access and hit the glowing blue object and access the cave. At one point of the path inside the cave you will find a glowing blue spirit at the end of the corridor that will run away from you> you follow to the opening in the ceiling and pass the metal door> activate the same switch from the entrance to access the chest that holds the first fragment.

The next fragment is located in "Evernight Temple" to the east. So you'll have to teleport to the waypoint near the bottom of the island > go through the temple entrance > go out the door on the left > go around the temple to the next waypoint which you'll have to activate.

After this you will need to head to the far cliffs > go right to the waypoint > go down to the opening in the cave with claw marks on the walls.

Find and investigate the glowing golden fire on the floor > head along the path leading out and to the left to the Evernight switch. At this point you will encounter some enemies, you will have to make sure to turn on the switch and check the blue cube and then go through the door that opens when you activate it.

When passing through you will have to switch the Evernight again. Here you will find a puzzle with two levers and an intermediate mechanism switch. What you have to do to solve it is to pull the left lever and press the middle mechanism, then you will have to pull the left lever again and the one on the right. Afterwards, you will have to turn to the left side to access the path. Go up the stairs and turn left, to find a chest with the fragment with some enemies that you will have to eliminate to collect it.

The last fragment is located on The Serpent's Heart island, so you will have to start by teleporting to the central waypoint, where you will have to find a chest protected by a yellow force field.

 You will have to pass the chest to the back temple and at the top you will see a glow that you can investigate, right in the middle of the room > the next step is to activate the Evernight switch outside that activates the last puzzle.

In this puzzle you will have to exit the force field in the order of the triangles on the floor. The key is not to go through another portal when you re-enter. Note that there are gaps between the doors that you can pass through to enter and after this you will see a scene and the chest in the middle with the last shard.
