The first thing you have to do is go to the marked location in Cinnabar Cliff to start the search. As you get closer, you'll see prompt dialogue letting you know you're on the right track, so keep going until you reach the top of the cliff.

At the top you will find NPC Tang Wuchou with three Qingxin around. One of the Qingxins is the Farsight Flower that you will need to collect to start the quest. Picking it up will allow you to enter a battle with Tang Wuchou, who will eventually make you a trade offer for Tang Wuchou's jade in exchange for a bird egg.

After receiving the offer from him, the quest objective changes, and you will have to meet Elder Chou, whose location will be on the map. Interacting with him will allow you to dig in his field for treasure. You will have to search his field until you find the bag of decorations and when you find it, you will have to interact with Chou, who will ask you a question, and you will have to answer "Yes, let's go back to find Tang Wuchou...". In this way, he will be taken to the location of Tang Wuchou, with whom you will have to interact to complete the mission and unlock the Jack of No Trades achievement.
