The first thing you have to do is head to Gandha Hill, in the northeast section of Sumer and to the east of Gandha Hill is the Arrow Rune puzzle. When you get there, you will find a Dendrograna, a Dendro Pile nearby and some Pyro Slimes nearby, which you will have to eliminate. You will then have to use Dendrograna's charged attack on Dendro Pile to revive it and then use an Electro attack to activate it, which will allow you to access a hidden flower.

Go to the flower to activate it, which generates two more Dendro Piles. With the Electro attack you can eliminate them to access a chest and some enemies to eliminate.
