For this the first thing you have to do is to turn on all the pressure plates on the floor, something quite simple where if you make a mistake, at most you will be sent one step back. After this, you will be able to access a nearby chest, and you will find some slimes that you will have to eliminate.

Then turn your back to the locked door and head forward in search of a common chest found in a crack in the floor floating in the water. It is in this chest that you will find the key to the Seiraimaru shipwreck puzzle, specifically for the puzzle with the cogwheels, which you can solve by turning the wheels so that the protruding spokes form a square.

Open the chest and climb up to move on.
