To get the subspace waypoint, you will have to go to your Serenitea Pot and talk to Tubby, note that with the new update, two new sections will be added to the Realm Depot store, Riches of the Realm and Creatures of the Realm.

You will be able to purchase the waypoint for a cost of 100 Realm Coins. To do this you will have to select your Serenitea Pot > then you will have to talk to Tubby > select the Realm Depot option > access the Riches of the Realm tab > and buy the Sub Space waypoint.
