If you want to get a Guide to Ballad reward, it will be necessary to run Realm of Slumber in Forsaken Rift at level 2 or higher on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday. But you must bear in mind that you will need to get at least 20 Original Resins to get the reward after completing the challenge.
