Mortal Kombat 11 Won't have Microtransactions, Freebies Or Update - Ultimate Guide
NeatherRealm announces Mortal Kombat 11 update to address complaints of Torres del Tiempo mode and do not want to boost microtransactions

He also mentioned that the update is scheduled for availability for this same weekend. However, he wanted to make it clear that the update could be delayed by next week, at the latest.
The update announced by NeatherRealm will be focused, in particular, on the difficulty of the AI and the modifiers in the towers, in addition to adjust the frequency of the modifiers so that they show less and convert modifiable certain unlockable modifiers. However, even though the update will be done in order to make the Towers of Time mode less difficult, NeatherRealm will let some aspects continue to be difficult, such as group battles, given that it is their purpose.
On the other hand, during the same Kombat Kast, NeatherRealm also made reference to in-game purchases. He mentioned his desire not to guide people to carry out microtransactions, so cosmetics, time crystals and easy deaths will be the only thing you will be able to buy in the Mortal Kombat 11 store outside the DLC, so that the store will not undergo modifications to allow the purchase of coins within the game.
