If you want to switch between your available cars you will have to go to the Garage in the Horizon Festival > select "My Cars" > select a car with "A" > finally select "Upload Car".

If you want to change the car without having to access the Horizon Festival site, you will have to access the Pause menu > select the Car tab > "Change Car", where besides being able to change it, you will be able to see how many cars you have.
