This season features a limited number of Medallions. As always, bosses yield Medallions, and with only two major bosses present on the Fortnite map this season, it follows that there are just two Medallions available in Chapter 6 Season 1.
To earn their Medallions, players must confront Shogun X and Night Rose. The challenge is well worth it, as these Medallions provide distinct advantages to those who successfully collect them.
Unlocking the Night Rose Medallion
To obtain Night Rose's Medallion in Fortnite, players must venture to Demon's Dojo and conquer this formidable boss. The boss fight with Night Rose presents a formidable challenge, prompting players to strategically retreat for a moment to replenish their shields. Despite the challenges, they must continue, for her Medallion holds great value.
Initially, players need to inflict damage on Night Rose until the Oni Mask seizes control of her body. Next, they need to target the mask's eyes, as this is the sole weak point that can sustain damage. Ultimately, the mask will relinquish its grip on Night Rose, enabling players to completely eradicate her. After her departure, the Night Rose Medallion will become part of her treasure.
What Can Night Rose's Medallion Do For You?
The Night Rose's Medallion ensures that weapons in the holder's inventory are perpetually reloaded. Regardless of whether the weapon is equipped, as long as the player has an inventory slot available, their weapons will automatically reload on their own.
Unlocking the Wanderer Medallion
Shogun X is a roaming boss, meaning he lacks a fixed spawn point. To locate Shogun X in Fortnite, players need to access the map and search for his designated marker. Shogun X features two distinct phases. However, if you manage to defeat him in the first phase, don't expect the Medallion to drop. Instead, he will flee, leaving behind some valuable loot, including the Mythic-rarity Enhanced Sentinel Pump Shotgun.
Players must hold on until the floating loot island makes its appearance on the Battle Royale map, which occurs after the third Storm Circle. When the loot island makes its grand entrance, Shogun X will emerge right atop it. Players must rise to the challenge and confront this boss once more to ensure his complete defeat. This time, when he falls, he will release the Wanderer Medallion along with a Mythic Typhoon Blade and a Mythic Fire Oni Mask.
