Chapter 6 Season 1 does not have any boss vaults, although there is a vault that players can access with the right strategy.

How to Open the Vault in Nightshift Forest in Fortnite?
There is a safe in Nightshift Forest. The whole thing is different from how it was in the prior seasons of Chapter 6 Season 1, as you didn't have to kill any boss to get the medallion and get the door opened. This time, players will actually have to get the Solunar Key from the Bushranger NPC in Fortnite's Nightshift Forest to enter the secret vault.
Thankfully, players won't have to travel much to get the vault key since the Bushranger NPC can be found in the northwest part of the Nightshift Forest. Players in Fortnite can interact with Bushranger by using the "Show Item" option. In exchange for the correct object presented, players will receive the Solunar Key that unlocks the vault room.
What Would You Reward the Bushranger NPC With?
It does not say what kind of item Bushranger wants the player to show them. So, players can show their best loadout goods all they want, but it will make no difference. The only way to gain the vault key in Fortnite is showing a Sprite to Bushranger.
Once the players see a nearby Sprite, they are supposed to go up to the little creature, select "Pick Up," and go all the way back to Bushranger to complete this quest. It doesn't matter which one. For such a reward, they shall cast the Solunar Key.
Immediately after obtaining the Solunar Key and adding it to their inventory, players should rush back to the center of the Nightshift Forest POI. The vault door is located west of the main temple entrance.
This safe is contained within the vault in Nightshift Forest, along with two elemental chests, a typhoon blade stand, four rare chests, and at least one more item. They'll also find a few sets of rare ammo boxes, Slurp Barrels, and enough boons and high-rarity weaponry to make sure they're leaving fully protected.
