How to open the Mythic Nightshift Forest Vault in Fortnite?
Getting into the secret vault in the Nightshift Forest of Fortnite is a great challenge. Here's how you can unlock it and find its treasures inside.
Unlocking the Mythic vault key and gaining access to the secret vault in Nightshift Forest involves three essential steps:
- Explore a Sprite Shrine nestled within the enchanting Nightshift Forest OPTIONAL
- Find a Sprite deep within Nightshift forest
- Give the Sprite to Bushranger
Behold, the sprites-small magical creatures inhabiting this colorful world of Fortnite. To do so, find various shrines, each housing a different sprite. Once you have collected a sprite, you have the choice to return it to its shrine or to keep the sprite on for its active abilities. This time, though, we're looking to keep them until we can find Bushranger.
Location of the Nightshift Forest Sprite Shrine
Your first goal is to head into Nightshift Forest and search out a Sprite Shrine. This isn't strictly necessary to get the vault key, but trust us, it makes finding sprites child's play. In Nightshift Forest, you'll find a number of these, and each will be emanating a beacon to let you know that it's there.
Be prepared for the fact that they can also appear in different locations on Fortnite's map. For this challenge, stay closer to Nightshift Forest to make things easier later on.
When you find and interact with a sprite shrine in Nightshift Forest, you'll be able to perceive any nearby sprites via brightly colored icons and outlines of their character, which helps with traveling through the area. You can travel through any region to do some easy and quick sprite collecting, but for the purposes of finding the vault, let's point our attention to Nightshift Forest.
Bushranger location
After collecting a sprite, head to the fox shrines scattered around Nightshift Forest until you find Bushranger. There are many, such as one south of the piers and directly south of the vault. As you enter the area, look for small buildings on your map and a boxy icon indicating that Bushranger is nearby.
Once you interact with Bushranger and show her the Sprite, she will give you a Mythic quality Vault Key. This key can be used to unlock the vault that is locked in Nightshift Forest.
Location of the Nightshift Forest vault
Now that you have the vault key, this is a good time to collect your rewards. Head into the center of Nightshift Forest, setting a course for the structure highlighted in your map. East of the central castle, you'll find a grand staircase spiraling upward toward the gigantic vault door. It is currently shut-but with a key in hand, you can let yourself in, and any other players who might stumble upon the area.
Uncover treasures within its vault, as it carries a shrine that proudly displays the mythical Typhoon Blade, along with a row of exotics chests just ready to be opened. Also, it contains a lot of Slurp barrels to top up when one needs a rapid healthboost.
